Wajid's $1 Million Hike For Feed The Children A Man From Pakistan Making A Difference!!

Wajid plans to raise $1 million for hungry children and families, when he climbs again, to the top of the 19,334 foot peak of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa.

Oklahoma City, OK, Jan. 24, 2008 – Wajid was born into poverty and hunger in the slums of Pakistan eventually struggling his way up in life to become a well-known speaker, healer, actor and teacher. Wajid had the opportunity in 2006 to reach the peak of the world's tallest free-standing mountain....but this time he is setting his sights even higher. By August 2008, Wajid plans to raise $1 million for hungry children and families, when he climbs again, to the top of the 19,334 foot peak of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa. Wajid is challenging Americans to help raise the $1 million for international hunger relief agency Feed The Children by enlisting 1,000 people to give $1,000 each. Wajid is determined to help children and families who are in need. You can be a part of this ambitious goal when you elect to become one of the "Thousand That Gave A Thousand". For more information, visit www.feedthechildren.org. "Wajid is setting a great example by helping many children and families in need," said Larry Jones, president and co-founder of Feed The Children. "We thank Wajid for his support and for working with Feed The Children to help change the lives of many families."
